The fuel burns in the hydraulic propulsion combustion chamber in the furnace. The combustion chamber consists of moving and fixed grids made of steel drawn water pipe material, metal parts connecting these grids to the furnace, a hydraulic unit that provides movement capability to the moving grids and parts of this unit (oil hoses, oil pump, pistons). In addition to these equipments, the internal circulation pump that provides water cooling of the grates and the high pressure fan bellows that provide combustion air into the furnace are also included in the system.

Hydraulic moving grid units used in the combustion chamber of our boilers; It has 3 positions separately as fueling, bearing movements and ash throwing piston settings. The duration (sec.) Settings of each location are PLC controlled and changeable.

Thanks to this flexibility, it is possible to burn fuel in every calorie amount in the combustion chamber. They are automated, PLC software supported systems that take fuel automatically, burn it automatically and automatically throw out the ash.

Our hydraulic moving grid systems; It is made of manganese steel sheet in TS EN 10028-2 norm; resistant to high temperature. Besides, it has a water-cooled system. Our boilers are our own PATENTED PRODUCTION with three passes and high heat performance. It burns the fuel with full combustion at maximum rate, there is no unburned or incomplete burning coal.

There is a TURBO burning system in our boilers; Secondary air supply is made with the fan system. Fresh secondary air; As in the figure, in the opposite direction of the flame direction for 10-20 seconds. blower with blower fan. The gases that will break off from the flame tip are prevented from breaking. In this way; By turning the flame in the combustion chamber aerodynamically, the combustion efficiency and thus the thermodynamic efficiency are increased. Thermal combustion takes place at maximum by burning non-combustible gases. Therefore, combustion occurs in ideal conditions in the maximum way. Smoke emission from the chimney is at minimum level. It is an environmentally friendly system.

In addition, dust particles moving together while the flame rotates are separated from the smoke and prevented from going to the boiler pipes. These particles accumulate on the front cover. Thus, there is no black smoke emission from the chimney. So to speak, flue gas comes out of a quality that does not require a flue filter.

Boiler system; It has been designed with a system of hell and fire pipes. The advantage of this design is; It is to prevent the heat of burning fuel from going through the chimney.

Our advanced systems are water-cooled. It is cooled by the circulation pump with the bottom water of the boiler. Therefore, melting is not an issue in our forward thrust systems. It works smoothly at high temperatures.
